This Privacy Policy describes how Praksha collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


Information Collection

When you sign in to the App using your Google account, we collect your email address associated with your Google account.

We use Firebase to securely store and manage user data. Your email address collected during the sign-in process is stored in Firebase for authentication and account management purposes.

Note: The ERP login details are saved on your device only. The App is not collecting any information related your ERP account.


Use of Information

We use the information collected for authentication purposes.

Your email address is used to uniquely identify your account within the App.

We may also use your email address to communicate with you regarding important updates or changes to the App.


Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Your email address is stored securely in Firebase and is accessible only to authorized personnel for the purpose of providing services related to the App.


Data Retention

We retain the information collected for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes. However, we will promptly delete your data upon your request to delete your account.


Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the updated Privacy Policy.
